ReMind UK is a Bath‑based dementia charity conducting leading academic and commercial research, delivering the NHS Memory Service for BaNES and providing a range of post‑diagnosis support services.  We are seeking new trustees with commercial, financial or business leadership experience to strengthen our Board.

This is an opportunity to support a growing organisation with an annual turnover of around £1 million, a dynamic senior management team, and a unique blend of NHS service delivery, research activity and wider support services. We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with backgrounds in:

• Finance, accounting or audit

• Commercial strategy or business development

• Contracting, commissioning or commercial finance

• Charity governance or risk management
