You will be working with children aged 5-11 and you will coordinate a programme of activities to improve their emotional wellbeing, physical health, self-belief and work-based skills.


This role includes planning and leading an after school farm club group on Thursdays and a Saturday morning club, as well as supporting the delivery of the Farm Hands group (ages 11 to 18) on a Saturday afternoon.


You will be engaging children in a wide variety of outdoor learning activities including animal care, bush craft, gardening, along with conservation tasks across our 37 acres of wildflower meadows and woodland. The post holder will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local schools and other relevant organisations.


We are looking for a creative, innovative and self-motivated individual who is passionate about supporting children to realise their potential, and who has excellent knowledge and skills of a wide range of nature-based activities, which can be used to engage children.
