BWCE’s Home Energy Service is a new independent, not-for-profit service set up to provide energy efficiency support and advice to homeowners. The Communications & Customer Liaison officer will be crucial to this new service. In this role, you would develop and deliver a communications plan to deepen and reach beyond our current networks, using our projects effectively to reach the people who can most benefit. You would also be responsible for supporting the customer journey to ensure people receive an excellent experience and feel supported as part of the BWCE community.

Working from home, with the post-holder able to join the team for co-working in central Bath if desired. Able to travel to communities throughout Bath & North East Somerset
