We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our award-winning Youth

Work Team.

Hours: 36.5 hrs per week - may also include occasional evening and weekend work.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £25,694 to £26,556 gross per annum dependent on experience plus 7%

Employers pension contribution

Location: Offices located in Devizes and Swindon with programme delivery throughout

Swindon, including 1:1 outreach

The role focuses on providing practical and emotional support for Young Carers in Wiltshire

aged 5-19 years. The post holder will be required to work with young people, understand

their individual needs and develop a positive trust-based relationship with them and support

them throughout their ‘journey’ with our service.

You will have experience of successfully delivering one to one and group work support for

young people. Be creative, adaptable, with strong inter-personal skills and able to work

effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The role will include regular evening, weekend and school/college holiday working.
