Partis College, which consists of almshouses for 34 women over 65 in the Newbridge area of

Bath (http://partiscollege.org.uk/) has a vacancy for a part- time Office Manager.


We are seeking a dedicated and organised manager of our day-today operations, reporting

to the Chair of the Board of Trustees.


This is a pivotal role that serves as the administrative hub of our community, responsible for

ensuring the smooth running of the Charitable Trust, supporting the Board of Trustees and

overseeing and acting as the key point of contact for contractors. Duties will include

providing administrative support for Board and Committee meetings, maintaining the

College Handbook and filing system, and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the

College’s Grade I listed buildings, Chapel and grounds.


A part-time Accounts Manager will be responsible for financial matters.


The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office and property management; strong

inter-personal skills; a professional but empathetic approach to the residents and a high

level of discretion and confidentiality.


Hours: approximately 30 hours per week, Remuneration and details to be negotiated.


DBS check required.
