First Steps (Bath) is a charity and social enterprise, we are relentless in our mission to raise aspirations for children, families, and communities through our Early Years Centers.  We are passionate about our staff; we believe they are key to enabling children to develop, learn in a safe environment and to build a positive relationship with parents.

We have vacancies for trainee nursery practitioners at Moorlands Community Nurseries.  As a member of the Early Years team, you will develop skills and knowledge to play a full part in the planning, organising and delivery of activities and creating learning experiences designed to improve outcomes for pre-school children. You will be supported to work in partnership with parents, carers and partner organisations. We will support you in identify individual training pathway and allow you up to half a day a week paid study time.
