Bath City Farm has an exciting new opportunity for a Site Development Manager to lead on the practical development and maintenance of the farm’s 37-acre site and community facilities.

You will play a key role in the development of the site for farming, nature conservation and animal care, with a commitment to sustainable and regenerative practices. This role will also engage participants of the farm’s social programmes in this work, ensuring the farm is a rich space for community learning, health and wellbeing.

You will lead the organisation on all aspects of health and safety and ensure the farm site and its facilities provide a high quality, welcoming, and safe space for all its users.

We are looking for a conscientious, adaptable and hardworking individual with significant experience and in-depth knowledge of a wide range of practical skills in land and facilities management.
