Every year, The charity of I Can & I Am visits hundreds of schools delivering self-belief workshops on two double-decker buses, with a third bus in the pipeline. The charity is looking for workshop facilitators who have an HGV license or are willing to learn.

Candidates must feel comfortable working with young people and although specific experience isn't necessary, an understanding and empathy towards all young people regardless of age or ability is vital.

You'd be working as part of a team of 20 dedicated staff who all work part time on board the buses. The buses will generally visit a school for a week and will be driven there on a Monday and returned to their base near Radstock on a Friday. Sometimes mid week drives are needed.

You should have a good understanding of the running of a bus, although not at a detailed mechanics level.

Above all, you should be positive, up for a challenge, love working in a team and all set to brighten people's day! In return we can be flexible, within reason on the days that are worked although it's likely that we would always require Monday and Friday.
