This is a pivotal senior leadership opportunity at Genesis Trust Bath: a chance to strengthen the people, culture, systems and organisational foundations that help us support people experiencing homelessness, poverty and vulnerability across our community. Working closely with the CEO and Board of Trustees, the Operations Director will play a central role in delivering our immediate strategic priorities while helping to shape the next chapter of Genesis Trust’s impact.

We are looking for an experienced, thoughtful, capable and values-led leader who can bring clarity, kindness and momentum to a varied operational role. You will enjoy working collaboratively, building strong relationships, improving the way things work, and enabling colleagues and volunteers to do their best work in support of our mission.
