Affordable Family Law Company Community Interest Company is a social enterprise providing accessible, affordable legal support to families experiencing separation, divorce, and relationship breakdown.

Concepted initially in 2011 and formally established in 2020 as BH Support, we are now part of the Affordable Family Law Group CIC. Our mission is to improve access to justice for families by offering practical, cost-effective legal support alongside clear information that helps people make informed decisions during emotionally and financially challenging times.

We support parents and carers through divorce, legal separation and relationship breakdown, helping them plan constructive and sustainable routes to resolution. We regularly work with families facing additional complexity, including those caring for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), families affected by domestic abuse, and households experiencing financial hardship.

In these circumstances, family law issues often overlap with education, health, safeguarding and care systems. Our approach recognises these wider pressures and focuses on providing joined-up, trauma-informed support that reduces escalation, uncertainty and financial strain.

We currently operate across Dorset, Buckinghamshire and Somerset, offering confidential in-person appointments in safe high-street locations, alongside remote support via telephone and video. Our teams combine professional expertise with lived experience, enabling us to deliver high-quality, empathetic and affordable support that places families and children at the centre of decision-making.
