Bath Rugby Ladies is powered by a passionate and dedicated group of volunteers to make match days run smoothly. As women’s rugby continues to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic people from our community in and around Bath who want to support the team, gain experience, and get involved in a meaningful, enjoyable way.  No rugby knowledge needed, just enthusiasm and willingness to get involved! As a Match Day Operations Volunteer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring players, supporters, and visitors have an enjoyable experience.

 

Role Responsibilities:

• Setting up and packing down pitches

• Assisting with match day operations and logistics

• Welcoming supporters and guiding visitors

• Managing parking donations and entry points

• Helping run raffles and fundraising activities

When & Where:

• Match days (usually Sundays)

• Duration: A couple of hours per week, during the rugby season

• Volunteer for as long as you like
