During 2020, as a group of friends we came together to host ourselves, each other, and people we had never met before in these difficult times.  We took our craft of hosting into a digital environment. We designed and hosted important conversations that businesses, communities and individuals needed.  We curated events, meetings, community platforms, and experimented with new ideas and technology platforms.  We worked in multiple languages, played games, developed trainings, and looked after our inner worlds, introducing many of these self-care practices to people around the world.

Our core operating system for the work we offer and practice is called the Art of Hosting.  Art of Hosting is a an approach to leadership that scales up from the personal to the systemic, using personal practice, dialogue, facilitation and the co-creation of innovation to address complex challenges. The Art of Hosting is supported by a global community. The body of the Art of Hosting includes many facilitation tools and practices like Open Space Technology, World Cafe, Appreciative Inquiry, The Circle Way and more.

Over these last year or so we have worked with organisations, festivals, community organisers and projects across Europe to deliver exceptional events and projects which have helped people connect on a human level to what is alive for them and what might be possible from this place.
