We provide relevant and engaging science learning opportunities, including workshops, activity groups and tuition. We believe science is for everyone; our activities are funded for children and young people who typically have less access to science learning opportunities.
Full Description of Organisation
Our projects are targeted towards young people who are at an economical or educational disadvantage. We aim to open science up to a diverse group of young people and promote community cohesion through playful science activities.
We promote equality and diversity through our activities. We connect families from different parts of the community, strengthening support networks following a time where we have been so segregated.
We encourage families to make the most of our local spaces and cherish our environment.
We primarily support young people, ensuring support is put in place from an early stage. We work to inspire a love for science and to engage a range of young people in the subject. We aim to improve confidence and aspirations and promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
